What counts as an API call?
Each request to an AI model (chat completion, embedding, etc.) counts as one API call. Integration syncs and automation executions may use multiple calls depending on complexity.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, additional calls are billed at $0.002 per call, or you can upgrade to a higher tier.
Do you offer annual billing?

Can I use my own AI API keys?
